This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Debbie Kelly Studer. Debbie was a Licensed Clinical Social Work supervisor at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital for 13 years. She was dedicated to serving our soldiers and their families in the Traumatic Brain Injury unit, as they returned home from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Debbie grew up in Newport, VT and was a 1987 graduate of North Country Union High school.
